What this opportunity involves:
As the Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall management and day-to-day operations of a vibrant retail precinct at 670 Chapel Street, South Yarra. With a deep understanding of the asset and exemplary delivery of business plans, reporting, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement, you'll provide a high level of client satisfaction. You will work with the wider building management team, consisting of the Centre Manager, an Administration Manager, and an Operations Manager.
An Overview of the role:
* Provide leadership to the centre staff as a senior representative of JLL and ensure proper management of the centre.
* Ensure delivery of the centre's Business Plan objectives and budget, adding value to the investment.
* Operate the centre according to good retail property principles—aiming to increase sales and foot‐traffic to ultimately increase the return on investment for the owner.
* Provide superior client service for allocated clients and ensure all staff reports maintain the same service standards.
* Strategically consider the tenancy mix of the asset and attract retailers accordingly.
Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for:
* 4+ years of experience in managing a retail asset
* Proven ability to lead a team
* Excellent customer relationship building skills
* Exhibits strong stakeholder management skills to effectively engage and influence a diverse stakeholder base
* Commercially astute, identifying opportunities that will drive income and overall centre performance
* Real Estate Licence or Agents Rep Cert required.
