Position Description
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:
4. Fortnightly payroll processing for employees
5. Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
6. Manage and process financial documents
7. Bank reconciliations
8. Process customer payments and accurately allocate to relevant accounts
9. Lodge and payment of BAS, PAYG, Super and Payroll Tax
10. Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
11. Provide support to the Financial Controller where required and other adhoc administrative office duties
Ideal Candidate
12. Previous experience in a similar Bookkeeping or Senior Accounts Officer position
13. Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of service
14. Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
15. High level customer services skills and ability to build positive working relationships
16. Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
17. Excellent verbal and written communication
18. Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
19. Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task
