Your new role
As a Senior Structural Engineer and Team Leader, you will oversee and coordinate a range of projects, ensuring the successful delivery of complex structural multi-residential projects. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team i.e. clients, internal stakeholders, and other team leaders to manage coordination, technical design, and project milestones. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on communication, coordination and collaboration to ensure key project milestones are met.
What you'll need to succeed
* A great attitude and growth mindset
* Relevant experience in structural engineering, ideally in an engineering consultancy.
* Proven leadership and coordination skills within multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in Class 2 residential buildings preferred.
* Shoring design experience is an advantage.
* Proficiency in engineering software, knowledge of Inducta preferred and relevant project management tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
