This Concierge is the go-to person for our residents, who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort.
The successful candidate, will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort and restaurant, having more of a hands-on approach.Reporting to the Assistant Resort Manager, you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of The BaytreeResponding to resident and guest enquiries and requestsDelivery of resident packages and room service mealSet up and pack down of resident activitiesAssisting with production of weekly newsletter and monthly journalsContractor management including inductionsAssisting the restaurant team when requiredEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every interaction.About YouYou will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service, have experience working in a reception, concierge or administration role.
The successful candidate will also require the following:Proficient skills in Microsoft Office & OutlookExcellent communication and organisational skillsBe extremely well presented and reliableHave a passionate and customer- focused approach with a can-do and proactive attitudeHold a valid drivers' licenceTo have a current First Aid and CPR certificates, or be willing to obtainReady to Join the Fun?
