About the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA)
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is the independent statutory agency responsible for implementing the world‐leading National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), supporting eligible Australians with permanent and significant disability. After more than a decade of operation, the NDIS is in a major period of change, focusing on improving participant experience, strengthening integrity, and ensuring long‐term financial stability. NDIA Graduate Program
The NDIA Graduate Program (NDIA GP) is designed to support graduates as they begin their careers in the NDIA and the Australian Public Service (APS). Through a structured learning and development journey, the program combines formal training with meaningful, hands‐on experience across a range of business areas within the agency. The program runs over 12 months and offers a wide range of opportunities to build your skills, broaden your experience, and develop the capabilities needed to thrive in a high‐performing organisation. You will gain valuable insight into how the NDIA operates, while making a genuine contribution to significant work that supports Australians with disability.

Eligibility
* Australian citizenship.
* Completed or due to complete by 31 December 2024 a Bachelor's degree (Australian Qualifications Framework Level 7) or higher, completed within the past five years at the time of application.
* Valid Australian Government security clearance upon entry to the program.
* Willingness to undergo police, character, health or other pre‐employment checks.
