About the Role:
Purpose: To deliver exceptional service and support for a range of equipment.
Responsibilities:
* Installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, and process improvement tasks.
* Conduct inspections, testing, problem identification, and root cause analysis.
* Support technical teams and customer service representatives.
* Prepare scopes of work for ongoing customer maintenance.
* Promote company products and services.
* Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for equipment design and process upgrades.
Requirements:
Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, technical reporting, and excellent customer relationship management.
Other: Willingness to travel extensively, work on weekends, and visit sites at short notice. Ability to qualify for site induction.
