Overview
Registered Nurse - Palliative Care with incentives offered. Role located at Moree Community Health Service, Hunter New England Local Health District. Term: Temporary Full Time until June 2026. Position Classification: Registered Nurse. Remuneration: $72,152.53 - $101,299.48 Per Annum + 12% Super + Salary Packaging. Hours per Week: 38. Closing: Sunday, 21 September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Provide both outpatient and inpatient support to palliative care clients.
* Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, Oncology specialists, and Community Nursing teams.
* Support patients and families in informed decision-making, including advanced care planning.
* Ensure care is compassionate, culturally sensitive, and tailored to each individual's needs.

Additional Information
* Based on a minimum 18-month commitment. Payments are pro-rata for part-time/contract employees. If the contract ends early, you may be required to repay a portion of the incentive.
