About the Role
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors, with a key focus on supporting sustainable outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
As a Principal Engineer, you will have access to mentoring and guidance from our industry-leading experts and the opportunity to work and collaborate with interstate and international offices.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design on various water infrastructure projects including networks, wastewater treatment plant upgrades, and renewals.
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and designers, contributing to the growth of our talent pipeline.
* Coordinate, manage and complete projects from inception, including involvement in the bidding phase, concept design, detailed design, tendering, and construction phase support.
* Ensure all quality assurance processes are followed, delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships working with various clients and local, regional, and global colleagues as part of multidisciplinary teams and project delivery.
