You will be responsible for: Responsible for the overall management, daily operations and driving business performance for the Hotel Coaching and mentoring team members, assisting in their development and career progression. Contribute positively to the local tourism economy to drive a strong brand presence. Building local relationships and engaging with partners. Achieving and exceeding guest satisfaction. Proven ability with cost controls across departments. Driving the revenue, sales & distribution strategy in partnership with the portfolio support team Ensure full compliance with operating controls and legislation in all areas of the business Promote the brand and ensure all brand essentials and standards are in place and executed consistently.
