We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead constructability assessments and support precontract activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in both mining and transport infrastructure projects, with strong skills in feasibility analysis, risk management, and commercial insight.
This role offers a great balance of strategic thinking and hands-on project involvement, working across major infrastructure works in Western Australia.
About the Role
 * Lead constructability reviews and precontract activities for large-scale infrastructure projects
 * Conduct thorough risk and opportunity analysis to validate the feasibility of planned works
 * Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors on client-aligned project delivery
 * Manage cost and progress reports, ensuring accuracy and commercial awareness
 * Engage with stakeholders to align project outcomes with expectations
 * Contribute to the delivery of mining (e.g., tailings dams, haul roads, airstrips) and transport (e.g., bridges, roads) infrastructure
About You
 * 7 + years of experience in civil engineering, preferably with contractor-side exposure
 * Proven track record in managing complex infrastructure projects
 * Skilled in constructability reviews, risk assessment, and commercial reporting
 * Comfortable working in both office and client-facing environments
 * Strong communication and team coordination skills
