As our Due Diligence Manager reporting to the Senior Due Diligence Manager, you will lead a team of Analysts conducting complex due diligence screening in accordance with both AML/CTF Program and the Mandatory Enhanced Customer Due Diligence Standing Operating Procedures.
This is a great opportunity for a senior AML Analyst with previous management or supervisory experience to lead a project that will be instrumental in navigating the Star Remediation journey and become part of our BAU activity beyond the program.
A few of your responsibilities
1. Accurately update TrackVia and CMS, with revised risk ratings and concise summaries of due diligence findings. Compile in-depth diligence reports as required.
2. Review ECDD and OCCD Reviews completed by DD Analysts.
3. Apply sound judgement, expertise and knowledge to make independent decisions and escalate red flags and cases of note to the Head of Customer Due Diligence.
4. Manage the review and response to customer alerts highlighted by the Risk and Compliance database.
5. Establish and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships.
What we are looking for
* At least 7 years' experience working in cage, count, and patron account procedures in a casino and/or gaming environment (preferred); and/or tertiary studies in a subject requiring high-level critical analysis and independent research, e.g., Law, Criminology, Economics, Accounting.
* Possess or be able to obtain industry-relevant Membership Associations and globally recognized Accreditations.
* Experience in setting targets/objectives and working to strict deadlines.
* Comprehensive understanding of statutory compliance and reporting requirements.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
