Cafe Manager - Full Time (38 hrs per week)
Location: Recent Farm Brisbane
Salary: 75,000 plus super plus performance bonus
We are looking for a solid hands on Cafe Manager to lead our busy and well loved cafe in New Farm. This is not just a management role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the floor, build relationships with regular customers and lead a team to deliver consistently outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily cafe operations smoothly and efficiently
* Build strong relationships with regular customers
* Lead, train and motivate front of house staff
* Ensure high standards in service, coffee and presentation
* Make coffee during peak periods; barista skills required
* Handle rostering and team performance
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience as a Cafe Manager or Supervisor
* Strong barista skills; must be confident on the machine
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to manage a team and take initiative
* Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
