* Requires : Significant experience in leading employee and workplace services.
* Salary guide : $160,000 - $180,000 per annum plus superannuation.
* Location : Brisbane.
Your normal day will involve :
* Providing strategic direction for human resources in alignment with the college's strategic plan.
* Directing and managing extensive HR operations for approximately 495 staff.
* Overseeing recruitment, professional reviews, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.
* Managing industrial relations and resolving employee disputes and grievances.
* Supporting the development and professional learning of staff to enhance workplace relations.

You will need :

* Industrial Relations Expertise : Proven experience in handling industrial relations matters, employee disputes, grievances, claims, and tribunal proceedings.
* A blue card for working with children.
