Job Overview
The Facilities Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of our hospitals. This position is based at two Hobart-based facilities, with a full-time schedule operating Monday–Friday.
* This coordinator will be responsible for managing asset maintenance, coordinating contractors, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinating asset management, planned maintenance, and compliance requirements.
* Managing contractors to ensure delivery of safe, high-quality building and engineering services.
* Supporting project coordination and maintaining accurate documentation and CMMS updates.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proficient in using a CMMS and understanding BMS functions.
* Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for facilities.
* Able to build positive relationships with staff, contractors, and external auditors.
* Skilled in communication and managing competing priorities.
* Relevant trade, engineering, project management, or facilities qualification (desirable).
