Customer Service Specialist
The position involves delivering exceptional customer experience and providing high-level service in a call centre environment.
About the Role:
* To manage all incoming calls efficiently, professionally and politely
* Process inbound reservation sales and handle inquiries
* Manage reservations, ticketing functions, and general customer enquiries
* Support travel agents and Rex airport locations as well as internet customers
* Assist with administrative duties including CA cases, data entry, BSP refunds and Queensland Support in live-check-in and freight
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service preferably within a call centre environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Professional phone manner
* Good computer skills
* A positive attitude and willingness to work as a team
* Ability to work shifts and rotating rosters to accommodate call centre operating hours
Benefits:
Full training will be provided and remuneration according to the Regional Express Airline Services Collective Agreement Level 2A.
Other Information:
This is a temporary position on a 12-month contract.
