Job Title: Trade Trainer - Building and Construction (Carpentry)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Trade Trainer to deliver training and assessment to students in Building and Construction (Carpentry) at our Swan Trade Training Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, teaching, facilitating learning, assessing, and mentoring students in accordance with the industrial vocation or professional field and relevant curriculum.

The Role
The Swan Trade Training Centre offers high-quality trade training and career pathways for Year 11 and 12 students in an innovative and supportive school-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering training programs in Building and Construction (Carpentry).
* Assessing student performance and providing feedback.
* Mentoring and supporting students to achieve their goals.
* Developing and maintaining industry relationships to ensure the relevance and currency of our training programs.

* Demonstrated experience and expertise in Building and Construction (Carpentry).
