We are seeking an experienced Corporate Advisory Specialist to join our team, focusing on Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) transactions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years post-admission experience, working in corporate advisory positions. In this role, you will engage in a variety of projects within the M&A and Corporate Advisory space, providing critical support on transactions and drafting commercial agreements.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of matters, including:
* Acting for buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions, including undertaking due diligence.
* Advising on general commercial and corporations law matters.
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
* Advising on corporate restructuring, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
* Acting for clients seeking approval from various regulators, including FIRB, ACCC, and ASIC.
As a member of our team, you will contribute to business development and marketing activities, as well as legal precedents. You will also be involved in the supervision and mentoring of junior lawyers and law graduates, fostering their professional development and growth within our team.
