* Mentoring and Skill Development: Our ideal candidate will guide customers to explore and develop their personal interests and hobbies, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment.
* Independent Living Skills: We require someone who can coach customers in essential life skills such as cooking, domestic duties, and social interactions, promoting confidence and self-sufficiency.
* Care Support: The successful candidate will administer medication, ensure adherence to individual support plans, and provide personal care as needed, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
* Community Involvement: We need an individual who can help customers engage with their local communities and culture through Community Participation Programs and recreational activities, enhancing their overall quality of life.
* Additional Needs: Our ideal candidate will be able to manage additional care needs such as diabetes and peg feeding when required, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
* Support Network: As part of our team, the successful candidate will participate in community access activities as needed, providing ongoing support and connection.
