Overview
The KPI Group is an established Labour Hire Company that has been operating since 2010 in Queensland, Victoria, New South Wales, and Western Australia. We have upcoming opportunities in Sunshine Coast, QLD, for Experienced Machine Operators that can demonstrate their detailed experience and skill set within the construction/civil Industry. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who are self-motivated, experienced, Excavator Operators / Moxy Operators / Water Cart and Civil Labourers with tickets that are reliable and reside in the Sunshine Coast and surrounding regions. Candidates will need to be able to work independently and follow tasks given to them daily by site teams.
Responsibilities
* Operate machines in construction/civil environments (e.g., Excavator, Moxy/Articulated Dump Truck, Roller, Water Cart) with adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Read and interpret drawings and plans; follow directions from site teams; work independently or in teams as required.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality control on work performed.
* Adhere to site safety procedures and communicate effectively with team members.
Positions (Multiple roles available)
* Experienced Machine Operators – Excavator/Moxy/Roller/Water Cart, etc. — GPS knowledge is advantageous and VOC Essential
* All-round Experienced Civil Multi Skilled/Ticketed Labourers
Skills & Experience
* Construction experienced Labourers (Multi-skilled and ticketed)
* Construction White Card (Essential)
* Provide relevant current tickets and demonstrate experience in the construction/civil industry
* Current Verification Of Competency (VOC) on machines (Essential)
* Good attention to detail and quality control
* Ability to read and understand drawings and plans
* Australian Citizens
* Availability from Monday to Sunday for day and night shifts
* Ability to work individually and in teams
* Safety-focused with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, problem solving, and strong work ethic
* Reliable with a good work ethic
* Follow directions and complete allocated tasks
