About the Role
The Schedule Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team at our site, supporting senior management by maintaining adherence to governance agendas, legal requirements, company policies, and industry accreditations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage external service providers and ensure all relevant laws are met
* Support fleet management with central facilities
* Maintain planned maintenance schedules
* Manage waste disposal systems for the site
* Ensure staff training and updates on key aspects
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Familiarity with health and safety legislation
* Experience working in teams to achieve targets or goals
* Auditing and procedural expertise
* Understanding of facilities management principles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages
