Base pay range
$170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr

Hudson is proud to partner with an established IAM consultancy that has a dynamic nature and a host of exciting projects in the pipeline. You will be in a senior position with the ability to act autonomously and independently, applying your skills and experience to solve complex, interesting IAM problems. You will be part of a motivated and dedicated team, supporting each other and collaborating to deliver a high standard of work in an enjoyable way.
Responsibilities
* Deliver architectural oversight and assurance to ensure successful IAM project execution.
* Champion adherence to established security and compliance frameworks, including NIST, ISO27001, and the Essential Eight.
* Guide and mentor engineers and consultants to strengthen IAM delivery expertise and capability.
* Convey complex concepts with clarity and precision to a wide range of stakeholders.
* Deliver comprehensive assessment, strategy, and design documentation that is easily interpreted and actionable
Requirements
* Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise IAM solutions using platforms such as Saviynt, SailPoint, Okta, Entra ID, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, Ping, Forgerock, etc.
* Comprehensive knowledge of IAM principles, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, lifecycle management, and zero trust frameworks.
* Proven experience in producing architectural deliverables such as high-level and detailed designs, strategic roadmaps, and governance models.
* Strong understanding of integration approaches across cloud, SaaS, and hybrid environments, leveraging APIs, SCIM, OIDC, SAML, and REST.
* A consultative mindset with the ability to shape and influence both technical and business outcomes.
* The ability to create high quality documentation for others to easily understand and engage with
* Scripting skills across common IAM languages (Java, PowerShell, Python, SQL).
* 5+ years dedicated IAM experience minimum with additional experience in IT to support this desirable

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
