DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
* Apply documented procedures and policies to perform diagnostics and complex repairs.
* Perform preventative maintenance based on engine assessments.
* Complete required documentation, such as work completed documents, time sheets, warranty claims, and quality forms.
* Complete training in line with skill and business requirements.
* Coach and develop technicians and/or apprentices, transferring knowledge and experience to others.
* Maintain work area and tools for cleanliness and proper operation.
* Adhere to and ensure adherence to all relevant Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and legislation.

* Product Repair and Maintenance: Repair and maintain mechanical/electrical products following guidelines.
* Service Documentation: Create and verify customer, equipment, and technical information.
* Technical Escalation: Obtain product technical issue information and utilize available resources for resolution.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:
* Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)
* Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution
* Locally valid driving permit (Preferred)
* This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
* Advanced level knowledge of and/or experience with engine products.
* Experience providing technical advice and coaching to more junior technicians (preferred).
