We're looking for a creative, digitally-savvy Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager to take ownership of our brand presence across all key touchpoints. Based in our Burleigh Heads office, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in both design and strategy, with a strong eye for aesthetics and a deep understanding of social engagement.
About the Role
You will lead the visual and social direction of the brand across email, social platforms, and digital channels—ensuring everything feels cohesive, elevated, and aligned with the Auguste aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities
1. EDM Design & Execution
Create, design, and schedule engaging email campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar.
2. Social Media Management Support
Own day-to-day social media across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), including posting, captions, and performance tracking.
3. Grid Planning & Content Direction
Plan and execute visually compelling social grids that reflect the brand.
4. Influencer & Collaboration Support
Coordinate influencer partnerships, content delivery, and campaign rollouts.
5. Website Management (Shopify) Support
Maintain and update the Shopify site, including homepage updates, product launches, and campaign assets.
6. Community Engagement
Manage and grow our "Friends of Auguste" Facebook Group, building a strong and engaged community.
7. AI Integration
Utilise AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and support innovation.
About You
* Strong graphic design skills with a refined, fashion-forward aesthetic
* Proven experience managing social media
* Highly organised with strong planning and time management skills
* Experience with Shopify and website updates
* Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations
* Comfortable using or exploring AI tools in creative work
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
