* Establish and maintain Bills of Materials (BoMs), maintenance schedules and service documentation
* Analyse asset performance, trends and failures to drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead failure investigations, root cause analysis and rectification strategies
* Drive transition to structured, planned maintenance approaches across the business
* Act as custodian of asset specifications, standards and technical documentation
* Partner with commercial teams to align maintenance strategies with pricing and lifecycle costing
* Contribute to capital forecasting and scenario analysis for asset strategies
* Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and company standards
* Promote and embed a strong Zero Harm safety culture
* Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members and stakeholders
* Collaborate across the business to share best practice and drive consistency

* Direct exposure to senior leaders and the ability to shape asset strategy and outcomes
* Broad, varied work that builds both technical and commercial capability
* Opportunity to drive real improvements in asset performance and cost optimisation
* A collaborative, down-to-earth culture focused on practical outcomes and accountability
