Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Cleveland, QLD. The Telemarketer will be responsible for daily tasks such as contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, presenting digital signage solutions, and answering customer inquiries. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, developing client relationships, and assisting with sales activities to meet and exceed company objectives.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients and build lasting relationships
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and managing leads efficiently
Customer service skills to address client inquiries and provide a positive experience
Sales expertise to promote digital signage solutions and achieve sales targets
Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with attention to detail
