In this key role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our data integration processes. You will work closely with developers and vendors to resolve day-to-day issues and escalate problems to relevant stakeholders.
As a trusted advisor to our application manager and service desk resources, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to internal customers facing critical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage data integrity across multiple systems.
* Liaise with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
* Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors.
* Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to relevant parties.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a system administration or support role.
* Strong mix of functional and technical skills.
* Demonstrated experience working within medium to large businesses.
* SQL database and scripting expertise.
* Experience with Dynamics AX2009, 2012 or D365 Finance & Operations is highly beneficial but not required.
