Wanted: General Foreman | Structures Foreman | Finishes Foreman
Large tower construction - Projects valued $70M - $200M
Strong and secured Pipeline (2yrs of projects locked in)
Are you Running jobs.....or constantly firefighting to get them delivered?
If you're an experienced General Foreman, Structures Foreman or Finishes Foreman in commercial construction, you'll know the difference between a proper job and project team Vs one that's just holding together with duct tape.
This is the former.
What's different here (and why it's worth a look)
You'll be building large scale towers (commercial or residential towers) valued between $70M–$200M, that are properly resourced, properly programmed, and properly let to quality subbies, who they're partnered with for years.
Not the type where you're making it up as you go.
You'll be joining a builder with 30+ years of delivery behind them, $500M+ currently under construction, and $1B+ in secured pipeline - that's two years worth of projects locked in.
Which means:
* You're not chasing your next job before this's finished
* You're not patching over poor planning every day
* You're working with people who actually know how to deliver
And importantly....you'll be part of teams that take pride in what goes up.
No passengers.
The roles (where you fit)
There are multiple opportunities depending on your background:
General Foreman ($160k - $200k)
You'll drive site performance. Programme, coordination, trades, momentum. Keeping the job moving properly.
Structures Foreman ($180k - $210k)
Concrete, sequencing, structure. You'll own the guts of the build and get it right first time.
Finishes Foreman ($160k - $200k)
Detail, quality, push to completion. You'll take control of the final stages and make sure it stacks up.
Let's be straight about it
* The days are full
* Some weeks will stretch
* You'll step up when the job needs it
* And you'll be expected to perform
But...
You'll be part of a team that knows what they're doing, on projects that are set up to succeed. You'll be leading and managing good subbies, who are keen and eager to partner with this head contractor and secure their own long term pipeline of projects to deliver.
If you're after an easy ride, this probably isn't for you. This is building on the big end of town.
If you take pride in delivering properly, and like being around other high performers, you'll fit right in.
What you'll bring
You already know if this is you.
You've likely come through the tools or worked your way up on site. You understand programme, sequencing, and trade management. You don't need babysitting... but you know when to step in and take control.
Most importantly:
You care about the job being done correctly and efficiently and know how to get the best out of people - we're looking for leaders, nor shirkers.
Why people move into this business
It's not about gimmicks. It's about:
* Consistent pipeline, no stop-start projects
* Proper systems and site support, not chaos
* Leadership that backs delivery, not egos
* Projects you'll actually be proud to put your name on
And yeah.....it's a name that carries weight in the commercial construction market.
