About the role
As a Field Service Technician, you will work independently to activate and assure telecommunications and technology products and services in the home and/or business, ensuring excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate within a diverse team to achieve customer and commercial outcomes aligned with our strategy. Multiple positions are available across the country; candidates should reside in or be willing to relocate to the specified areas.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver seamless service rectification and product installations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Maintain and install copper cables, including fault finding, jointing, jumpering, and networking.
* Manage fiber network technology, core network technology, and data services.
* Maintain and install customer premises equipment for both consumer and business clients.
* Perform fault finding over copper networks, including in rural or remote settings.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold and maintain relevant licenses and qualifications, including a current driver's license. Mandatory qualifications include:
* Certificate I & II in Telecommunications
* Open cabling license
* Traffic management qualifications
* White card
Training on traffic management and white card certificates can be provided. Vaccination against Covid-19 is required unless you have valid exemptions.
