Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their high-performing finance team. This role offers broad exposure across financial reporting, treasury, audit, compliance and process improvement within a large and complex organisation. The Role Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, responsibilities include: Assisting with month-end and year-end reporting processes Preparing journals, balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements Supporting external audits and preparing audit documentation Assisting with BAS, FBT and regulatory reporting requirements Contributing to management and board reporting Supporting treasury, cash flow and banking activities Maintaining the fixed asset register and financial controls Acting as a key support across finance systems and process improvement initiatives About You Degree qualified in Accounting CPA/CA qualified or working towards completion Previous experience in financial accounting, audit or business services Strong month-end reporting and reconciliation experience Advanced Excel skills with strong attention to detail Experience using ERP systems and financial reporting tools Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business What’s on Offer Stable and growing organisation Supportive and collaborative team environment Broad technical accounting exposure Hybrid working flexibility Opportunity to contribute to a purpose-led organisation making a positive impact in the community
