Full-time Senior Civil Engineer based in Townsville, QLD, to lead regional infrastructure projects, manage teams, and deliver tangible results across Queensland. This is a hands-on consultancy role, not a Project Engineer position, so proven experience in a civil design environment is essential.

About You
You're a motivated, hands-on civil engineer with 5–10 years' experience and background in roads and drainage design. You thrive on leading teams, driving project delivery, and building strong regional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead civil design and delivery across regional projects
* Manage multidisciplinary project teams
* Ensure compliance with Australian standards and regulations
* Drive value-engineering and constructability improvements
Key Skills & Attributes
* Civil Engineering degree (or equivalent); RPEQ preferred
* Chartered status ideal
* Proven experience in roads and drainage design
* Strong local or regional contacts with a track record of winning work
* Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams
* Based in Townsville or open to regional relocation (initially Townsville, with potential for other regional locations later).
