Role Description
This is a flexible role - full-time or part time remote position as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
The primary responsibilities of the role include developing and managing digital marketing campaigns, optimizing content for online platforms, performing web analytics, and analysing performance metrics. The specialist will also manage social media marketing efforts, collaborate with teams to promote branding initiatives, and develop communications tailored to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Execution (The Marketer Role)
Portfolio Management: Plan, launch, and optimise enterprise-level campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Programmatic).
Profit-First Optimisation: Optimise not just for "leads" or "clicks," but for down-funnel revenue and genuine ROI.
Testing & Scaling: Implement scientific testing frameworks (A/B testing, lift studies) to validate hypotheses and scale spend profitably.
Account Growth & Intelligence
Business Review Support: equip Account Managers with the data needed for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Your insights should lead directly to upsell opportunities.
Process Architecture: maintain our benchmarking libraries and media planning templates to ensure our forecasting gets smarter over time.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing strategies
Strong skills in Web Analytics and Online Marketing techniques
Effective Communication abilities with a focus on collaboration and clarity
Analytical mindset to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, SEO platforms, or CRM systems is a plus
The "Business-First" Requirements
Experience: Minimum 4+ years managing paid enterprise-level media. You must have handled significant budgets where mistakes were costly.
Financial Literacy: You understand business metrics (Margin, COGS, CAC, LTV) as well as you understand marketing metrics (CTR, CPC).
Data Modeling: You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets. You can build a forecast model from scratch without a template.
Tech Stack Mastery: Deep proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Stackadapt.
Communication: You can explain complex data to a non-technical CEO and make them understand the business value.
Preferred Experience
Background in High-Ticket B2B, SaaS, or Property (where the lead-to-sale journey is complex).
Experience working in a multi-national agency environment.
Familiarity with connecting marketing data to CRM revenue data (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Start Date: Immediate or by negotiation.
