The Terminal Operations Planning Specialist plays a key role in shaping terminal operations by leading strategic planning efforts, optimising resources and monitoring performance within a dynamic airport environment.
This critical position involves managing complex operational processes to ensure seamless terminal operations. The successful candidate will have substantial experience in this field and be able to provide expert operational advice.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage airline slot requests and seasonal terminal capacity declarations.
* Validate new route proposals and schedule changes.
* Develop data sources for passenger flow and aircraft movements.
* Lead comprehensive stand and gate planning for terminal operations.
* Conduct detailed check-in allocation planning and security lane demand forecasting.
* Develop scenario planning methodologies for fixed infrastructure assets.
Key Skills:
* Substantial hands-on experience managing complex operational processes.
* Tertiary qualification in business or a related field (desired).
* Demonstrated experience in operations planning within complex environments.
* Proven commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data analytics tools.
* Strong relationship-building skills and excellent communication abilities.
