Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel functions, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. You will also need to be able to work effectively with our team members to achieve our business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of hospitality operations. You will also need to be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day activities of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
* Develop and implement effective operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
* Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve business objectives
* Monitor and control expenses to ensure they are within budget
* Identify and implement opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
* Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Ability to make sound decisions under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
