Duties will include but not limited to
· Answering and directing calls
· Meet and greet of customers
· Invoicing and Data Entry
· Calendar Diary /Bookings
· Other administrative duties that support our workshop team
Skills/experience needed.
· Minimum 1+ years of office administration experience required
· Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
· Basic user level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required
· Well presented, calm and confident
· Attention to detail
· Willing to learn
· Reliable and punctual
· Quickbooks experience is desirable but not essential
· Able to work in a small team and autonomously
· Drivers Licence
· Open driver's licence required
