About the opportunity Because of you, insights will translate into both patient impact and business success This pivotal role will drive commercial excellence through data, insights and analytics across ANZ. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access and Finance to support strategic decision making, forecasting and business planning. You will lead the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks and commercial insights, while also contributing to transformation and process improvement initiatives. This role plays a critical part in enabling portfolio optimisation, product launches and overall business performance. A part-time option may be considered. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience within Australia's pharmaceutical, MedTech and/or Healthcare sector, crucial Proven commercial analytics, business intelligence or strategic analytics planning Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Microsoft Power Automate, Excel) Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights Track record of partnering with infield sales & marketing professionals Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Tertiary Qualification in Business, Finance, Economics, related field Culture Innovative, driven and supportive, this company offers a collaborative team based environment.
