Medical Receptionist - Specialist Clinic
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hybrid role: 3 days on-site (patient-facing), 2 days working from home
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Booking and confirming appointments
- Managing email inboxes and general correspondence
- Completing PRODA checks and entering billing information
- Processing payments
- Meeting and greeting patients two days per week
- Independent desk-based admin duties on the remaining 3 days
Requirements:
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Experience with Gentu or other booking systems desirable but not essential
