Responsibilities:
* Supervise and monitor inmate activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules.
* Develop and maintain productive relationships with inmates, staff, management, professionals, and other key stakeholders.
* Participate in the reception, induction, rehabilitation, reintegration, and discharge of inmates.
* Conduct regular security checks and inspections of cells and facility grounds.
* Enforce facility rules and regulations.
* Respond to emergencies, altercations, and incidents calmly and effectively.
Requirements:
