You will be making a real impact by helping people with disabilities through accommodation and community engagement.Please review the roster to ensure you can work all shifts before applying.Proposed Roster -What you'll doSupport person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals and work to achieve them;Join customers in the community and do recreational activities;Support customers in daily living skills such as meal preparation, housekeeping, showering, toileting, medication administration and attending appointments;Ensure positive behaviour support plans are followed;Administration duties and mandatory reportingWhat you'll bringWell developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships;Ability to follow Person Centred plans and assist people to achieve their goals and outcomes;An understanding and enthusiasm for working alongside people with disabilities;A valid driver's licence and willingness to use your private vehicle (aligned with genU motor vehicle allowance rebate).
