Position Description & Role Requirements
* Able to work independently with strong self‐motivation as well as in collaborative environments when required.
* Conduct routine inspections, diagnose faults and leverage technical expertise on large Alarm, Access Control and IP CCTV systems.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‐paced environment, effectively prioritise tasks and execute defined deadlines.
* Travel across Western and Central Western NSW areas to deliver responsive service and project installations.
* Maintain a high level of attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and quality assurance.
* Build trusted customer relationships and support continuous customer satisfaction.
* Stay updated on the latest security technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
* IT networking and electrical background.
* Solid knowledge of electronic security systems, including IP CCTV, Access Control and Alarm systems.
* Proficient in troubleshooting and problem‐solving technical issues.
* Strong leadership capability and confidence to manage small teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
* Current driver's licence; Security Industry Licence or ability to obtain; Open Cabling Licence; White Card.
