Job Summary
The Tenancy Management Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of Toora's tenancy portfolio, ensuring all assigned properties are operated efficiently and effectively.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve organisational goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of Toora's tenancy portfolio, including property maintenance and repairs;
* Provide advice and information to residents, landlords, and other stakeholders;
* Conduct quarterly inspections of Toora properties, identifying any issues or areas for improvement;
* Liaise with Housing ACT and other stakeholders on property-related issues;
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations;
Requirements
* Diploma in Community Services (Social Housing) or equivalent qualification;
* Experience working in community housing or social services sector;
* Familiarity with Centrelink CPAY services and processes;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
