Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the integration of cutting-edge water cycle management principles across our organization. This involves driving initiatives in water demand, loss reduction and drought resilience. You will oversee the optimization of water metering operations to ensure accurate billing and exceptional customer service.
* Develop and implement strategies to promote integrated water cycle management principles across our organization.
* Lead the coordination and delivery of programs aimed at reducing water losses and non-revenue water across our network.
* Oversee the Meter Reading team to ensure timely, accurate meter reads, efficient workflows, and effective management of special meter read requests.
