Advisors Deploy Program Management is an execution-oriented client-facing competency that applies proven, accredited change skills and domain experience to partner with clients and help them drive measurable value by:
* Delivering new products and strategies to market smoothly and efficiently
* Successfully implementing complex technology assets and delivering the most challenging transformation programs to create the new business as usual
* Strengthening client’s internal skills, knowledge and experience in critical areas
* Transforming client processes and optimizing their management practices
As an Associate Managing Consultant, you will work on strategic initiatives with one of our key clients in the financial services sector. Responsibilities include managing multiple projects within a portfolio, providing efficient coordination of activities, defining project roles, and ensuring risks are identified and mitigated proactively.
All About You
* Experienced in financial services Product Management and strategy development (Retail banking/credit cards/payments preferred)
* Successful delivery of large, complex projects/programs in diverse, multicultural environments
* Trained in project management and change management methodologies; accredited in recognized PM/PMO/Change/Service management methodologies is an advantage
* Ability to plan and manage multi-workstream programs, support project teams across disciplines and geographies
* Develop strong presence within the client organization and bring relevant industry insights
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; capable of defining scope, timelines, budgets, and reporting effectively
* Able to handle multiple priorities independently under pressure, perform cost/benefit/risk analyses
* Leadership skills to motivate and develop teams
* Based in Sydney (Melbourne candidates considered, willing to travel)
Education & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree or MBA preferred
* Professional accreditation such as PMP desirable
* Fluent in local language and English; other languages desirable
* Experience in credit cards, payments, retail banking
* Consulting experience preferred
* Comfortable with client interaction and relationship building
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of project management tools preferred
