Job Description:
As a Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a premier hospitality venue. This is a full-time role requiring on-site presence to ensure smooth running and delivery of exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of venue operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, financial reporting, and health and safety compliance.
* Lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams to deliver excellent customer service.
* Implement effective systems and procedures to optimise venue efficiency and profitability.
* Proactively identify and address operational issues or concerns to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive footfall and revenue.
* Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, local authorities, and local community.
Requirements:
Substantial experience (3+ years) in similar venue management roles within the hospitality industry is required. A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and strong financial acumen are essential. Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations is also necessary. Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing exceptional customer service is mandatory.
