We are looking for hospitality‐oriented individuals to join the opening team at our new Seaford restaurant, opening June 2026. Training will begin in our existing stores at Carrum Downs, Cranbourne, Aspendale Gardens or Moorabbin. The opening team is mission‐critical in setting up the restaurant for success.
Responsibilities
* Crew: Front‐line customer service, taking orders, rolling burritos, restocking fridges, basic food prep, wiping tables, and learning cross‐functional roles.
* Cooks: Prepare fresh ingredients and deliver high quality Mexican dishes following the GYG recipe guide.
* Shift Leaders: Lead the team during busy periods, train crew, enforce food safety and quality standards, and proactively improve guest experience.

Qualifications
* Experience in hospitality or fast‐paced environments is an advantage but not essential.
* Open to coaching, eager to learn, and ready to put in the effort.
* 'Can‐do' attitude and reliability in following through.
