We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Duty Manager
to join our management team across our two vibrant venues — Brothers Leagues Club Townsville and Kirwan Sports Club.
This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with all licensing, gaming, and club policies.
About the role:
Work across both venues on a
rotating 3-week roster
Must be available to work
nights, weekends, and public holidays
Lead and support team members to deliver a high standard of service
Ensure smooth daily operations across all areas of the club
Handle patron enquiries and issues professionally
Monitor compliance with RSA, RSG, and WHS requirements
About you:
Previous experience in a supervisory or duty manager role within a licensed venue
Current RSA, RSG, and Approved Manager licence essential
Robust leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to manage staff and make sound operational decisions
A positive attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service
