We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead daily execution across our offline Deposit Sales teams as the business continues to scale.
This role is less about defining acquisition strategy from scratch and more about turning business goals into strong daily execution. We need someone who can build sales rhythm, motivate the team, strengthen management quality, improve CRM discipline, and keep the organization focused on results.
This is a leadership-heavy role. You will work through Team Leads, help raise the quality of frontline management, and create more structure, accountability, and predictability across the sales process.
Our product is strong, but the sale itself is not always easy. This is an offline sales setup, working with Filipino clients in a product area that can be sensitive and trust-based, so the team needs a leader who understands how to keep momentum high, support the team in the field, and help unlock further growth through stronger execution.
The team is already delivering excellent results, and the expectation is to help scale that performance significantly further as the business grows.
About The Team
* You will directly manage 3 Team Leads and work across a broader team of around 50 people. A key part of the role will also be ensuring consistent sales processes across both Field and Digital RM.
* The team is fully local, and the core customer base is Filipino.
* You will have full support from your direct manager, the Customer Acquisition Lead
This role requires close day-to-day synchronization with the team and availability aligned with Manila time (GMT+8).
This role needs someone who is comfortable leading through managers. The current management layer is still developing, so this is not just a matter of keeping things running well — it is also about bringing stronger leadership, better standards, and more consistency into the system. That makes this role especially relevant for someone who enjoys stepping into a growing environment and making it work better in a practical, hands-on way.

What The Role Will Focus On
* Leading and developing Team Leads: setting expectations, strengthening management quality, and helping them become stronger people leaders.
* Driving daily sales execution: creating the right operating rhythm, keeping the team focused, and making sure targets stay visible and actionable.
* Improving CRM discipline: we use Creatio, and one of the immediate priorities is raising the quality and consistency of CRM usage across the sales team.
* Building better pipeline visibility: helping the team move from partial visibility to a more disciplined, trackable, and predictable sales process.
* Strengthening performance accountability: spotting underperformance early, addressing it directly, and making sure expectations are clear across all levels of the team.
* Helping the sales organization scale more effectively: bringing more structure, better management habits, and stronger execution standards as the business grows.
* Supporting evolution of team KPIs: today the main metric is deposit acquisition, and over time we also expect to add more focus on areas like mobile app adoption and renewals.
What Will Help You Thrive Best In This Role
* 8+ years of experience in sales across banking, fintech, credit, and financial services.
* 3+ years of experience managing teams of 10+ people, ideally in structures that already included different management layer.
* Strong spoken English is essential — you will work with a fully English-speaking team, so confident day-to-day communication in English is a must.
* A strong people management approach: the ability to be fair, direct, and demanding when needed, while still keeping the team motivated and engaged.
* Proven track record of working in pipeline- and metrics-driven sales environments, with the ability to turn numbers into decisions, actions, and results.
* A visible, practical, and hands-on leadership style in performance-driven sales environments.
* Readiness to commit to ambitious team goals and expectations.
That would be a strong plus
* Experience with deposit-based products such as deposits, savings, term deposits, time deposits, or similar liability products.
* Experience working in international teams and across international markets.
* Good judgment in balancing pressure, discipline, and team morale.
* Experience in fast-moving, less bureaucratic environments.
* Willingness to relocate to Manila, Philippines, or travel there regularly when needed.
