As Senior Project Manager, you’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital projects ensuring scope, budget, compliance and design excellence are met across a complex, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of development projects from business case through to handoverOversee project scope, cost, timelines and quality assurance in line with governance standardsLead design management, ensuring alignment with financial, functional and compliance outcomesEngage and manage consultants, contractors and local authorities to ensure timely approvalsPrepare detailed reports for investment and development committeesEnsure 100% regulatory compliance across all phases of project deliveryConduct post-completion reviews to drive continuous improvementWhat You’ll Bring:7-10+ years’ experience in property or architectural project managementStrong working knowledge of BCA, NCC, WHS and building complianceProven ability to manage budgets, contracts and multidisciplinary teamsTertiary qualification in property, construction or a related fieldBe part of a team delivering spaces that support dignity, safety and wellbeing while growing your career with an organisation that’s shaping the future of aged care.
