We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Client Services Specialist.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming and professional experience for clients during showroom and design consultations.
You will assist clients in selecting colours, materials, and finishes to bring their vision to life, while also conducting initial consultations and screening clients to ensure project fit and alignment.

1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients during showroom and design consultations.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for client service.
Strong organisational and time management skills are also essential, with the ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach with high attention to detail is also critical for success in this role.
In addition, some experience with Xero accounting software would be desirable.
