Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert Position
The ideal candidate for this role will have a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) functionalities, as well as the ability to leverage the broader Microsoft stack to create innovative solutions.
* A strong foundation in Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement) is essential for success in this position.
* The ability to work with PowerApps, Power BI, Data Verse, Azure, and Office 365 platforms is also crucial.
* This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced Agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality business and software solutions to clients using knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE functional capabilities.
2. Organize and manage workshops, meetings, and requirements sessions with client representatives, project stakeholders, and delivery teams.
3. Interface effectively with other members of the delivery team and the solution architect to ensure that the solution meets client requirements.
