Customer Experience Specialist

This role is about delivering seamless banking experiences for our customers. You will work collaboratively with your manager and colleagues to build personal connections, use technology and digital banking options, and respond to customers' needs.
* You will build relationships with customers through meaningful conversations and help them navigate our in-branch technology and digital banking solutions.
* You will identify and respond to customers' transactional needs, ensuring they leave satisfied.
* You will complete financial health checks to assess customers' financial situations and provide recommendations.
* You will engage with customers by participating in community events and activities that promote the bank's values.
* You will adhere to bank processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
To be successful in this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, the ability to ask the right questions, and find solutions. You should be passionate about delivering service excellence and able to work in a busy, commercial environment.
